Preity Zinta: "To be able to balance out my crazy schedule so that I've time for those I love. What more can I want this Valentine's Day?"

Bipasha Basu: "Valentine's Day is special for all the people I love. I'll tell them how much I love them and prove my love for them with simple gestures. The ideal Valentine gift would be hundreds of red carnations. I know John will get them for me."

Kangna Ranaut: "Valentine's Day means pure selfless love from me to everyone I love. My ideal gift would be roses and candles."

Manisha Koirala: "I'm spending Valentine's Day with family and friends. I would want everyone to experience love in any and every relationship."

Urmila Matondkar: "Valentine's Day is a time to show my friends and family how much they mean to me. The one gift I'm looking for is a gorgeous hunk. But the species seems extinct."

Shilpa Shetty: "I've got my Valentine's Day gift. The IPL and I've got the man who gifted it to me by my side. What more can I want?"

Riya Sen: "I want to spend quantity time with my loved ones. No matter where I am I want to be back in time for Valentine's Day to be with my loved ones. That's the greatest gift I can get. Other gifts are fun. But spending time with your loved one is the best gift. For Valentine's I'll be performing at a college festival in Ahmedabad before rushing home."

Neil Nitin Mukesh: "For me Valentine's is a day of love and friendship and a day of mending bridges. My ideal gift would be a collective hug from all those friends and family whom I love. And a million kisses from that someone special."

Dino Morea: "I want to spend Valentine's Day showing love to everyone who deserves it. We all are so caught up in our routine, this is the one day when we can devote to love."

Raima Sen: "I'm single, so the only Valentine gift I can give myself is time with the family."

Neetu Chandra: "This Valentine's Day means a lot to me as I'm partying with my school friends and meeting with my first ever crush, my schoolteacher. And I hope I find my permanent Valentine this year."

Mugdha Godse: "Valentine's Day is just another day for me. I'll be attending a beachside Catholic wedding of a very close friend on Goa's Morjim beach. Chalo apni Valentine nahin kisi aur ki sahi."

Minissha Lamba: "When you're in love it's Valentine's Day all year round. Am I in love? Who knows a woman's heart? Not even the woman herself."

Malaika Arora: "For me Valentine's Day means the freedom for people to express their love without worrying about self-appointed custodians of our precious moral values. The best gift I can think of is the right for us women to live our lives how we want without intolerant groups stopping us."

Celina Jaitly: "Valentine's Day is 'emotional atyachaar' for those who aren't in love. It will remind me that I've been unhappily single for the last three years. At the risk of sounding pompous I want a society rid of all intolerance and prejudice."

Tusshar Kapoor: "The day would again remind me I'm single. How about a love life for me this Valentine's Day?"

Amrita Arora: "Valentine's Day means nothing to me. Love should be celebrated everyday. Bring on the love!"

Chitrangda: "Sorry I don't celebrate Valentine's Day. I don't like the idea of being told when to celebrate love."

Ruslaan Mumtaz: "I just broke up with my girlfriend. So my ideal gift would be the sad songs of Himesh Reshammiya."

Koena Mitra: "Everyone loves to be loved. But being single gives me more room to love myself without sharing that space for love with someone else. All the eligible men have been taken away. The rest are not worth considering. I'm enjoying my single status and making the most of it."

Pooja Bedi: "It's horrible to be single on such a romantic day. But my brother Adam is getting married on Valentine's Day. So I'll be happy watching two people in love being united. Dreams do come true on this day. As for myself I'm a hopeless and a hopeful romantic. I'm even in love with the idea of love. The real thing may be around the corner."

Esha Deol: "I'm not answering this one."

Dia Mirza: "Being single on Valentine's Day is the same as any other day. Love is a feeling that you can't miss. It's omnipresent."

Divya Dutta: "Do I miss love? Not really. Work is great healer of the heart. And I get lots of love and male attention. So what if I don't have a guy this Valentine's Day. I know he'll come."

Jiah Khan: "There's too much work. No time to think about love. I miss having my family with me on Valentine's. They're my only true love."

Tanushree Dutta: "It's fantastic being single on Valentine's Day. You can choose whom to love for that day."

Arjan Bajwa: "Being single is not a big deal. I'm shooting in Hyderabad so I've no time to miss love. Moreover, Valentine's Day is no reason to miss love. To be loved by family and friends all through the year is a blessing. And I've that blessing"

Vatsal Seth: "Who is one kidding by saying it's great to be single? Valentine's Day and single....man, it sucks! It's like no one being there to wish you on your birthday. Being in love is the most amazing feeling and I definitely miss it."

Adnan Sami: "What a Valentine's Day gift my wife has given me."

Lara denies wedding with Dino

We started with a retro mood and she bowled us over instantly.

And we just couldn’t stop laughing. Wondering what we are talking about. When we asked actor Lara Dutta about her career in 2008, she said, “A super busy year but no one will believe. Unfortunately there is nothing to show.” But then this year will be different.

Lara has a huge line of impressive movies coming up in 2009 — Billu Barber, Banda yeh bindaas hai, Blue and Do not Disturb. Inspite of having a full fledged role in SRK’s production Billu Barber, she is hardly seen in the promos. “I don’t interfere in the marketing strategy of a film. In a male dominated tinsel world, where the female actors are only adding glamour or glorifying the hero’s existence in the film, you have to be happy that you added value to an interesting product like Billu Barber.”

Her friendship with actor Dino Morea has generated much interest but she still continues to maintain a dignified silence. Lara maintains that she shares a wonderful friendship with Dino because they have known each other since they were in school. “We have known each other since I was five years old. So just because people want me to proclaim my friendship with him and shout from the rooftop, I am not going to do it. There is certainly no wedding happening here. You need to find a partner who supports you emotionally. I am yet to come across a person like that.”

Next, you ask her about the ‘camps’ in Bollywood and why isn’t she a part of any camp? “There are no permanent friendships or enemies in Bollywood. The stakes are too high here to have a friend because the next minute he would be backslapping you. Stardom gets you a table in a five-star hotel but it can really drive you insane. So I prefer to have the same set of people in my life than change them. I am not a very pushy person so I am not visible.”

Now Lara has discovered a new passion for scriptwriting. She has penned some three scripts for films and emphasises that they are not “woman-oriented subjects. If I pen women oriented subjects, none of the hot selling men in the industry will work for me.” She also tells us about her adventures in the Bahamas whilst shooting for Blue with Sanjay Dutt and Akshay Kumar. “I became a certified diver and swam with the sharks, dolphins, wild turtles and dolphins. Initially I was really scared of diving in, but then I realised that it is a myth that all sharks attack humans as soon as they see them. It was awe-inspiring.”

Lara shakes her head when we ask her if she would want to be a part of international projects. “A 3-4 minute scene in the film does not really excite me. It would be interesting to work in a European film instead. There are few actors like Hale Berry or Penelope Cruz who get to do interesting roles.” She appears perfectly fine about her “not really interested in being called sexy because it is more fun with the guys, when you are one of them. I like this ‘tomboy’ image that the guys have coined for me. After a while, it becomes boring to be just an ‘object of affection’ for the guys. That’s the reason why I just love spending time with Akki, Sallu, Sanju and my other co-stars. They make me do all sort of naughty things.” And right now, Lara is loving the way life is moving.

Lara & I are very close: Dino

It’s official now. Lara Dutta and Dino Morea are madly in love.

A common friend of Lara and Dino told us yesterday, “It’s not that Lara and Dino feel awkward about their relationship, but the fact is that they have taken a joint decision not to talk much about it.”

Earlier, there were reports that Lara had shifted into Dino’s house in Bandra, Mumbai. Our source said, “That’s not true. The two of them spend a lot of time together, but they have their respective homes. Yes, they both reside in Bandra but Lara stays in Anstel apartments while Dino stays at his bungalow.”

Our source added, “Both Lara and Dino have had ups and downs in their personal lives. So, they are maintaining a low profile this time. They do go out together but they don’t want to make their relationship apparent by openly indulging in public displays of affection.”

When contacted, Dino refused to talk about his relationship with Lara. On being probed further, he simply said, “Lara and I are very close. Lara is a very beautiful and intelligent girl. I don’t want to say anything more than this at this point of time.”

Lara leaves SRK's party, Dino follows her

There was a time when Lara Dutta and Dino Morea used to see each other. The old lovers again happened to cross one another's road at Shahrukh Khan's bash. Shahrukh and Gauri had thrown a party at Mannat, last week. Present on the occasion was Dino Morea and his ex beau Lara Dutta. When Lara saw Dino getting closer to designer Nandita Mahtani, she left the party and Dino followed her.

A source present at the event reveals, "Lara, Dino, Preity, Ness, and Nandita were all seen having a conversation. Later, Preity and Ness started mingling with other guests and the trio was left to themselves. Dino and Nandita were in the chatty mode, and were seen joking and laughing. It was obvious that Lara wasn't too comfortable with her beau's ex around."

Apparently at one point, Lara saw Nandita sitting on Dino's lap and she lost her patience and left the party. On seeing her leave, Morea too excused himself and followed her. A source close to the couple admits, "Yes, they had a tiff over Nandy but they talked and things are fine now."

Kareena, family and friends go to midnight mass at St Andrews

Bebo and family attended Xmas mass at a different church, as Mt Mary was too crowded

Kareena Kapoor and her group couldn't attend the midnight mass at Mt Mary's church this year because of the heavy crowds. Instead they ended up going to another church in Bandra St Andrew's.

Bebo was accompanied by sister Karisma along with mother Babita and Saif Ali Khan. Kareena's best friend Amrita Arora and her fiance Shakeel Ladak, Dino Morea and Lara Dutta. Arbaaz and Malaika Khan (with their son Arhaan) and the Arora girls' parents were also there.

Kareena explains, "We had to go to St Andrew's as we couldn't get seats at Mt Mary. It was extremely crowded. Normally our driver goes and reserves some seats earlier, but this year he couldn't even do that. My mom has bad knees and she can't stand for long, so we went to St Andrew's. It was very quiet and peaceful there."

Amrita adds, "My family and I have always gone to St Andrew's church for midnight mass for Christmas."
After the mass, Kareena and the rest went back to her place for a huge Christmas feast which consisted of roast turkey with stuffing and gravy, jacket potatoes, plum pudding, meat and chicken dishes and marzipan sweets, kalkals and guava cheese as dessert.

Dino and Amrita with their partners went back to their homes for dinner. Later the three couples Malaika Arbaaz, Amrita Shakeel and Dino Lara headed to Aurus for Baba Diwan's party.

Kareena adds, "I have been binging on anything and everything. Diets are off for me now. When I go for my Alpine holidays I am not taking any diet chart with me. I am back to looking curvy and sexy and can eat anything till January 15 after which I resume shooting for Raju Hirani's 3 Idiots."

Lara was special guest at Dino's family birthday celebration

Dino Morea has always maintained that Lara Dutta is very special to him and that fact was proved on Tuesday (Dec 9) when she came to his Bandra bungalow to spend his birthday with the rest of his family.

The actor, who is in his early thirties, says, "This year, we decided that we would bring in a quiet birthday. Because of the 26/11 attacks, the mood of the country is sombre and personally, I haven't been in the mood for celebrations. So we decided to have a quiet family get-together at my home."

This birthday was even more special for the actor as, "Mum and dad came from Bangalore to spend time with me on my birthday.

They were to come on Dec 21 but they wanted to surprise me on my birthday. It was my best birthday gift, as I haven't seen them for eight months now."

Besides his brothers, Santino and Nicolo, Dino admits close friend Lara Dutta was also with him. "But Nico's girlfriend was also there," he smiles.

He's reluctant to talk about the gifts he got from his near and dear ones, "I got some stuff like an iPod and a computer but it's too personal to talk about.

The presence of loved ones around me was enough." Though he is reluctant to reveal what Lara got him, a close friend of the couple spills the beans, "Lara and Dino both love gadgets and when they were in the USA, they bought a lot of them. Lara bought a Mac Airbook for Dino, a slip video and upgraded her iPod."

But it was not all play and no work for Morea. He adds, "I cut a big chocolate cake, had a nice birthday lunch and then I attended three important meetings.

It was a good sign that I worked on my birthday because all of the meetings were good for me. I always go to Mount Mary; I went three days ago but didn't have time on my birthday. I find a lot of peace there," concludes the birthday boy.

"I enjoy being with Lara" - Dino Morea

Dino Morea speaks about Lara Dutta and his career with Subhash K. Jha.

You seem to have gone into hiding?
Why do you say that? I've been written about the professional and personal aspects of my life. I've done cameos in Karzzzz and Heroes and I want to be written about that. But alas the press finds other things in my life more interesting.

And your brothers?
My elder brother Niki is running the cafes, the Crepe Station chain. He isn't into movies at all. But my younger brother Santino is assisting Karan Johar on his next My Name Is Khan. He wanted to act. But now he enjoys being behind the camera. Then Santino will join my production house. All three brothers live together in my house. And since none of us is married, it's like a bachelor's pad.

What happens when Lara Dutta comes home?
Sorry?

Doesn't Lara visit you?
She is a dear friend and she does come home. All my friends are allowed to come home, and that includes you.

How special is Lara?
She's very special.

More special than your other female friends?
Ha ha. Stop comparing women. That's bad manners. Behave yourself.

You're known to be quite a womanizer. Suddenly we see you in only one woman's company?
Womanizer? That's completely untrue. I'm just very friendly by nature. And even when I'm having lunch with a friend, it's misconstrued as a romantic liaison. As for being seen with Lara, she's great company. I enjoy being with her. We do go out together.

Lara and you make a great pair. When do we see you together on screen?
I don't deny we make a good pair together. It's up to producers and directors to cast us together.

Will she be in your first production?
It's entirely up to my director. But yes Lara is in on my wish list. I am right now working on my career. I know I'm stepping into a new phase. I'm being very careful about the work I choose. I haven't accepted a script in the last year-and-a-half. I wanted to be sure about the script and banner. I'm very excited about Sanjay Gupta's Acid Factory. It was really fun shooting with Manoj Bajpai, Danny Denzongpa, Aftab Shivdasani and Fardeen Khan. We had a blast. I might be doing another film with him.

Farah Khan's starry Eid bash

Farah Khan's Eid lunch party turned out to be a star-studded affair with the who's who of B-Town turning up. Farah and husband Shirish Kunder played perfect hosts. Deepika Padukone, Ranbir Kapoor and Shekhar of Vishal-Shekhar were the early birds.

Dino Morea, Lara Dutta, Mallika Sherawat with producer brother Vikram, Anil Kapoor with wife Sunita and daughter Sonam, Karisma Kapoor, Sanjay and Maheep Kapoor, Sohail and Seema Khan, Chunky and Bhavna Pandey, Farhan Akhtar, Rani Mukerji, Karan Johar, Tusshar Kapoor, Urmila Matondkar and Manish Malhotra, Fardeen Khan with wife Natasha, and Shah Rukh and Gauri Khan trooped in.

A lavish spread kheema pau to Kashmiri dum alu, mushroom pulao and mutton biryani. Kulfi and kheer were the desserts on offer.

The actual stars of the party were arah and Shirish's triplets Diva, Anya and Czar, all dressed in white embroidered kurtas. The trio seemed most at ease with the starry presence all around them. Their real faves turned out to be Deepika Padukone, Malaika Arora, and Mallika Sherawat the three bombshells were at ease handling the babies. Quite a party this!

Dino to flaunt his bod

When every hero in B-Town is flashing his six-pack abs can Dino Morea be left behind? “I never had the opportunity to show off my physique earlier but now you will get to see a lot in my forthcoming films. If you have it, you must flaunt it,” he says. “I practice taekwondo four times a week besides gymming to keep my body in shape and now it’s ready to be bared.”

Adds Dino, “It won’t just be my six-pack abs that I will be flaunting, but much more maybe a pair of tiny briefs or maybe something which leaves a lot to the imagination! Barring nude scenes people will get to see a lot more of me.

I have Sameer Karnik’s Heroes coming up and Sanjay Gupta’s Acid Factory where I play a very dubious and bold character. After Acid Factory people will see me in a different light Mr Goody Two Shoes Morea will be no more. Sanjay has stylised me very well and I am very excited about my role.”

Dino has just returned from Melbourne after shooting for Sohail Khan’s Main Aur Mrs Khanna, directed by Prem Soni. “It’s a walk-on role. There are lots of celebrities in the film Bappi Lahiri, Preity Zinta, Deepika Padukone and maybe Saif. Salman is very fond of me and that’s how I got the role. I play Salman’s friend who gives him good advice. It’s a beautiful story about relationships.”

In reality it is Salman who is always acting the big brother with Dino. “Salman always gives me advice. I am very close to his family and feel happy hanging out with the Khan brothers.

Salman is a wise, experienced guy who commands a lot of respect so when he gives me advice about work I listen. Right now he’s very absorbed and excited about his game show Dus Ka Dum.”

Dino in docu on white water rafting

Morea has acted in a National Geographic docu on white water rafting

Dino Morea added a bit of excitement to his life. He recently shot for a documentary on white water rafting in the rapids at Rishikesh without knowing how to!

Says Dino, “A Canadian production house came down to India to shoot for a National Geographic docu tentatively titled Braving The Rapids. This was for a series on white water rafting in the rapids.”

Adds the actor, “They shot in the Ganga in Rishikesh. It was an adventure with tents and camping out at night. I had never done white water rafting before but I loved it. It was more thrilling than scary!”

Dino says, “It was a five-day trip and we went camping with pot fires, canned food like baked beans and tuna. We also had an Indian cook to make bonfire chicken barbeque.”

It was his concern for the environment that made Dino participate in this project. “North India is extremely beautiful; we should preserve nature. Rafting contributes to the economy of the mountainous regions and helps protect rivers from hydroelectric power generation projects.”

Rafting or white water rafting is a recreational activity using a raft to navigate a river. This is usually done on rapids or different degrees of rough water. White water is formed in a rapid when the water’s flow is disturbed and a bubbly, frothy white current is created. Rivers with high current are used for white water rafting.

In dino, Lara’s single!

It is time to celebrate for Lara Dutta. The actress turns a year older today and couldn’t be happier.

Not only has she grabbed Shah Rukh’s home production, Billoo Barber, she is also getting ready to look her sultry self again on screen. With a couple of interesting projects in her kitty including Ravi Chopra’s Banda Yeh Bindaas Hai, Lara’s career is definitely looking up.

And does the same hold true for her personal life too? After all, rumours are rife that she is now dating her best friend Dino Morea. This link-up reportedly was also the reason why her seven-year-old relationship with model Kelly Dorji ended. “No, I and Dino are not in a relationship,” says Lara, finally speaking up. “Dino is a good friend of both me and Kelly. We used to hang out together. I am very fond of him and that’s it.”

That means after a long day at work, an empty house welcomes her? “Who says I go back home to an empty house?” asks the feisty lady, “I have two dogs, sisters, nieces...”

And then there’s work for the birthday girl. “Some interesting projects for the moment and an adaptation of Devdas at the end of the year,” she lets on. Kudi yeh bindaas hai, wotsay?

Lara in love

The Lara Dutta-Dino Morea romance is getting serious. The love story first became public last year. Lara and Kelly were together for seven years before they parted.

Although they parted amicably, Kelly hasn’t gotten over the actress, which makes it hard for Lara to come out in the open with her new relationship.

What makes it harder is that she is now in a relationship with her ex-beau’s best buddy. She doesn’t know how to break the news to Kelly, without making Dino seem like a villain.

The only reason the duo have not gone public with their feelings for each other, is because they are considering Kelly’s feelings.

Says a source close to the actress, “It’s very obvious that Lara and Kelly are completely smitten by each other. They don’t want to hide their relationship but it’s really awkward because they don’t know how to break the news to Kelly.”

When Kelly and Lara broke up, Dino had opened the doors of his house to his old pal. Lara’s ex stayed at Morea’s house before moving into a new place.

Adds a friend of the couple, “It’s really awkward now. Even though they parted as friends, now Lara and Kelly avoid each other. If you call one for a party, the other won’t show.

Lara has admitted to her close friends that she is very much in love with Dino. And Dino seems really committed too. But for now they will have to keep their relationship a secret.”

Dino: Bike frenzy

From gizmos to fast cars to fast bikes, speed has always been the mantra of Bollywood hunks.

And guess who the latest entrant into Bollywood’s exclusive biker’s club is? None other than Dino Morea, who was spotted zooming around town on his new red bike in Mumbai some days ago. The hunk says, “It’s always been a dream to own one of these beauties and I have finally purchased it, after waiting all these years.

Though Indian roads might not be fit for this machine in the mornings, during the night, this baby can touch the limits.

I get really excited when I think of going home and hearing the roar of the engine. And when I ride it, my heart beats as fast as the bike goes.” Keep the speed up, Dino, but remember the saying: Speed thrills but... Hopefully you’re talking all the necessary precautions!

Dino runs for money

Morea is the brand ambassador for Bangalore Marathon the actor is trying to get his share of the cash-rich bounty

Actor Dino Morea has signed up as the brand ambassador of the Bangalore Marathon.

Says Dino, “Being a Bangalore boy, I am the brand ambassador for the Bangalore Marathon. It’s on May 25 and is the richest marathon in the world with the prize money for a 10 km race being $150,000.”
Why is there so much money involved? “The sponsors are trying to make it one of the biggest events in the world.

This is happening for the first time in Bangalore and they are looking at a participation of 35,000 people with both long distance runners and sprinters in contention, all for charity and causes. For every 5 km, there is a Majaa run and for every kilometre, I run a certain NGO will be sponsored by a corporate,” says Dino.

Dino is aiming to win the prize money. He says “If I win, I will double it within a year, keep it aside, let it double again and then travel the world with the other. There are many countries I’d love to explore like Argentina, Brazil, Alaska, Vietnam and Japan. I have never been to these countries before. That’s my dream.”

Recently, there was a buzz that Dino would co-produce Imtiaz Ali’s film starring Saif Ali Khan and Deepika along with Saif and Dinesh Vijan. Dino laughs and says, “I have to meet Saif and ask him about it. It would be an honour for me to co-produce Saif’s film as he’s a good friend but as of now there has been no talk on the subject at all.”

Dino is planning to get a foothood in the ad world with his production company. “I am trying to get the Raymonds and Kingfisher account.

For my first film, I have zeroed in on a fabulous script written and directed by London-based Pravesh Kumar (There’s Something About Simi, The Deranged Marriage). He’s done many plays which have been super hits. This subject deals with the making of a movie and will have a couple of big stars in it. I want my first film to make an impact.”

Dino, who features in Brahm, a romantic thriller which releases next week, is all praise for the film’s producer Nari Hira. Says Dino, “He doesn’t care about the film’s fate but is making a huge effort to market the film and doing his best. I admire his cool attitude.”

Leading the cheer

Actor Dino Morea is all set to visit Malaysia next month to cheer the Formula One Indian team Force India. This is the first time that India is participating in F1, a sport that has taken the country by storm.

However, the actor wanted to go to Australia for the F1 match starting today but was detained because of his film Karzzzz with Himesh Reshammiya. Though unable to make it to the first season, Dino will definitely be present for the next season.

Dino says, “I was scheduled to fly last night to watch the F1 Indian team play for the first time. However, I had to cancel the trip because of my film. I have a special appearance in the movie and hence can't reveal much.”

He adds, “I have always been a huge fan of racing. I like Louis Hamilton who won the grand prix last year. I am very excited about the Indian team which is participating for the first time. So, obviously all my cheers will be for them,” says Dino.

"No probs with John" - Dino Morea

The trend of actors turning producers continues. The latest is, Akshay Kumar has floated his film production firm and will be announcing a film soon. Dino Morea is also keen on starting a film [he had announced a period film sometime back, but the project was shelved due to differences with its director]. In fact, Dino has already started making ad films, to begin with.

“2008 will be a turning point in my career. I have some interesting films lined up for release -- BHRAM, HEROES and ANAMIKA. Plus, there’s an item song in HAR PALL. I am also keen to start a film before the year-end,” Dino is in an optimistic mood. Besides, Dino is in talks with two reputed production houses. What about RAAZ 2? Is he a part of the film? “No, I am not. I guess, there’s no scope for the earlier cast in the sequel. But I would’ve loved to be a part of the film,” he states with honesty.

Dino rubbish rumors of not wanting to act with certain stars. More specifically, John Abraham. “People feel that way because of the Bipasha factor. But there’s no problem with John. We’re thorough professionals, why should it affect our working relationship?” he clarifies.

Workentine Day

It’s no-play for B-Town actors, at least, most of them as they get ready to face the cameras on a day for dilwaale

You see them sizzle the celluloid with their on-screen ardour.

Whether running around trees (old style) or singing of love and lust in a rain-drenched numbers, we think actors epitomize the perfect coo-some twosome.

Yet, on Valentine’s Day, most of them will do nothing more exciting than work. With shootings eating up their entire day, our Bollywood love bugs will be whispering sweet nothings, only to the camera though.

Aishwarya Rai
I’ll be attending the premiere of Jodhaa-Akbar in Delhi on Valentine’s Day. But Abhishek will be with me. So no complaints.

Bipasha Basu
We’re going for a short trip to Cape Town. For the last three years on Valentine’s Day, John and I have been in different countries. I’m looking forward to this flash holiday.

Amrita Rao
I’m shooting all day and attending a birthday party in the evening. I wish all those people in love remain so forever. And those who don’t, may they please find love this Valentine’s Day.

Koena Mitra
Since I don’t have anyone special in my life, I’d do the usual things, like watching a movie with my girlfriends, shopping till I drop and some harmless male-bashing with my girlie pals. And hmmmm, I may do some serious flirting. Is that allowed?

Priyanka Chopra
I don’t believe you need a reason or a particular day to say you love someone. When you’re in love, every day is special.

Celina Jaitly
Though I’m working on Valentine’s Day, I have a special show for the day on MTV for the singles. I’ll watch it and have a good laugh

Riya Sen
Nothing exciting. I’ll be working. I’m in Delhi on the 14th for an appearance.

Malaika Arora
I want to spend the day with all my loved ones. I don’t anyone to be alone on Valentine’s Day.

Amrita Arora
Will be shooting on Valentine’s. I wish to have my loved ones with me forever.

Tanushree Dutta
I’m shooting on Valentine’s Day. So no Valentine plan. I wish I’d be in Paris for the next Valentine’s Day.

And the guys…

Zayed Khan
It was on Valentine’s Day, five years ago, that I proposed to Malaika. So it’s a doubly special day for me. I think I’m going to try my hand at being a chef, and have a go at some fine wine that I’ve been saving up for us for a special day. We’ll be at home since we don’t want to leave our son Zidaan alone.

Neil Mukesh
Will be going out with a secret Valentine to a secret place.

Kushal Punjabi
Besides shooting, I’ll be doing what all other lovers do on Valentine’s Day. Exchang-ing cards and listening to romantic songs. What did you think?

Dino Morea
Since I’ve no love life, I’ll be doing some good for society. Will be meeting cancer patients who are couples and helping one another through life. Then I’m off to Delhi for an event.

Aryan Vaid
My Valentine’s Day plans are open. I’m single so nothing’s happening.
I want to celebrate love. It’s such an amazing time and with the Mumbai weather being so romantic, this Valentine’s Day will be special even without a play-mate.

Muzammil Ebrahim
It’s my mother’s birthday on Valentine’s Day, so there’ll definitely be lots of celebrations.

Manoj Bajpai
I don’t believe in Valentine’s Day. You don’t need one special day to show your partner how much you love her.

Farhan Akhtar
Since I’m shooting for Rock On, it’ll be a very routine Valentine’s Day for me. But the night gets exciting when I get to see an intensely romantic film, Jodhaa-Akbar.
